Endeavors of Two Companions

EoTC is Shon and Lane: two friends who met playing World of Warcraft about twenty years ago and never really stopped teaming up.

Over the years we’ve run a few businesses together, and every one of them felt the same way: an endeavor of two companions. When we started making games, the name was already waiting for us.

HOW WE GOT HERE

We couldn’t find the game we wanted, so we started making one

In April 2026 we decided to stop waiting. We kept looking for a game that really got us excited and couldn’t find it, so we set out to build our own.

We started small, with a project meant to teach us how a game actually gets made. That project grew into The Forsaken Exorcist: Argent of Betrayal, which we’re finishing now.

EoTC is our nights-and-weekends studio. We’re making the games we’d want to play ourselves, and ones we’d be happy to let our kids play too.

THE COMPANIONS

Who does what

Honestly, we don’t split the work cleanly. Most days we’re side by side on whatever the game needs, but here’s roughly where each of us spends our time.

SHON

CO-FOUNDER

Builds a lot of the 3D assets in Blender and writes the code behind the game’s systems.

LANE

CO-FOUNDER

Designed the map and level layout, owns the lighting, and writes the code behind the game’s systems.

WHAT’S NEXT

Co-op worlds worth exploring together

While we finish The Forsaken Exorcist, we’re already planning our second game.

Long term, we want to make co-op fantasy RPGs: the kind of world, like Skyrim, that we always wanted to explore together and never really got to.
